CLEVELAND, OH --- The Cleveland Indians will play host to two events in June especially designed for dads, graduates, and families ?  Dads and Grads Day on Sunday, June 10 and Cleveland Indians Charities Play Catch! on Sunday, June 17. Celebrate the graduating senior and father in your life with baseball and fun at Progressive Field.

Do you dream of playing catch on Progressive Field? Come enjoy the ballpark for a day of fun on the field to celebrate Father's Day, a recent graduation, or another special summer event. You will have the opportunity to play catch on the field, enjoy a ballpark buffet, take a swing in the batting cages, submit a special greeting to be played on the scoreboard, and watch the Indians vs. Cardinals game on the big screen!

Dads and Grads Day will begin at 2:00PM in conjunction with the Tribe’s 2:15PM ET game in St. Louis. The event price is $50 for Adults (ages 12 & up) and $25 Kids (ages 3-11; ages 2 and under FREE).

  • Watch the Tribe vs. Cardinals game on the big screen

Families and fans can treat Dad to a unique opportunity to play catch on the outfield grass of Progressive Field after the 1:05 p.m. Indians vs. Pirates game on June 17. Celebrate Father's Day with a gift he will always remember - Play Catch! All proceeds of Play Catch! benefit Cleveland Indians Charities, the charitable arm of the Cleveland Indians. 

Individual tickets for Play Catch! are $15 per person and available in three sessions:

  • 20 minutes following the game (Session #1)
  • 45 minutes following the game (Session #2)
  • 70 minutes following the game (Session #3)

A maximum of 300 tickets will be available for each 15-minute session. Tickets will be sold by session until each session is at capacity before opening the next session for sale. Ticket purchasers cannot choose their session.

Fans can purchase Play Catch! tickets the following ways:

In order to participate in Play Catch!, fans must attend the Indians vs. Pirates game on Sunday, June 17 at Progressive Field and purchase a separate Play Catch! ticket. The event is open to everyone, but fans 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Participants will be given a replica commemorative Rawlings-brand soft baseball upon entering the field.

Participants must check-in near section 175 prior to the 7th inning to sign a waiver and receive their color-coded wrist band. Participants should then line up on the Gate A ramp near section 175 at the top of the 9th inning.
