Jupiter, Fla., Apri1 2, 2012 - The St. Louis Cardinals announced today their anticipated rosters for the team's minor league affiliates Memphis (AAA), Springfield (AA), Palm Beach (A) and Quad Cities (A).  All four teams open their 2012 seasons on Thursday, April 5.

Cardinals 2011 Minor League Player of the Year Matt Adams and Pitcher of the Year Shelby Miller will headline the roster at Triple-A Memphis along with 2010 first round draftee Zack Cox.

The Cardinals Springfield (AA) club will feature 2011 top draft pick Kolten Wong and top prospect Oscar Taveras along with pitcher Trevor Rosenthal who made strong impressions this year in his first Big League camp.  First baseman Xavier Scruggs, a standout from this year's minor league spring camp, will also begin the 2012 season on the Springfield roster.

Cardinals pitching prospects Carlos Martinez and Tyrell Jenkins will start the year at Palm Beach (A) and Quad Cities (A), respectively.
