1460 ESPN returns as Columbus Affiliate on Indians Radio Network

CLEVELAND -- The Cleveland Indians today announced an agreement has been reached with 1460 ESPN, WBNS-AM to return as the Columbus, OH affiliate on the Indians Radio Network for the 2012 season. 

1460 ESPN will broadcast the majority of the Tribe’s regular season games during the upcoming season when there isn’t a conflict with Ohio State Athletics. 

“We are very excited to bring Indians baseball back to the Columbus airwaves on 1460 ESPN in 2012,” said Cleveland Indians Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing VIC GREGOVITS.  “We thank WBNS for stepping up to partner with us once again to deliver Indians baseball in our capital city.”

The Indians Radio Network will feature 28 stations, including flagship station WTAM 1100AM, across the state of Ohio and Western Pennsylvania in 2012.
