Cleveland Indians Announce 2012 Spring Training Schedule

The Cleveland Indians today announced the 2012 Spring Training exhibition schedule at Goodyear Ballpark in Goodyear, AZ. The Spring Training schedule opens with three games in Goodyear Ballpark against the Cincinnati Reds (March 3-5) and the Kansas City Royals (March 6) before traveling to Scottsdale to take on the Arizona Diamondbacks (March 7).

The Indians are scheduled to play a total of 32 (16 home/16 road) spring exhibition games in 2012. The Tribe will break from 2012 Spring Training on April 2 and will open the 2012 MLB regular season at Progressive Field vs. the Toronto Blue Jays on Thursday, April 5.
