D-backs tab Greinke to make Game 3 start

LOS ANGELES -- Zack Greinke will get the start for the D-backs against the Dodgers in Game 3 of the National League Division Series presented by T-Mobile on Monday night at Chase Field.

NLDS Game 3: Monday, 9 or 10 p.m. ET/6 or 7 p.m. PT on TBS

Greinke is coming off a poor outing against the Rockies in the NL Wild Card Game on Wednesday in which he allowed four runs on six hits and lasted just 3 2/3 innings.

That outing was a rare poor performance at home for Greinke, who was 13-1 with a 2.87 ERA in 18 regular-season starts at Chase Field.

In that game, the D-backs handed Greinke a 6-0 lead after three innings but he was unable to get through the fourth before allowing four runs.

Greinke, who pitched for the Dodgers from 2013-15, is 1-2 with a 3.65 ERA in four starts this season against his former club.
