VOTE: Judge presiding over All-Star ballot

NEW YORK -- Aaron Judge has said that he would be open to participating in the T-Mobile Home Run Derby if asked, so it should be no surprise that the Yankees slugger is among those hoping to earn a summer trip to Marlins Park for the 2017 MLB All-Star Game presented by MasterCard.

Having belted 10 April home runs while helping the Yankees win 15 of their first 23 contests, assembling one of the best records in the Major Leagues, Judge is among several key pinstriped contributors to appear on this year's ballot.

Catcher Gary Sanchez, first baseman Greg Bird, second baseman Starlin Castro, shortstop Didi Gregorius and third baseman Chase Headley are all eligible to gather votes at their infield positions. Off to a terrific start, Castro was a three-time National League All-Star during his time with the Cubs (2011-12, '14).

Brett Gardner, Jacoby Ellsbury and Judge represent the Yankees' outfield, with Matt Holliday slotting at designated hitter.

Ellsbury (2011) and Gardner ('15) have each been selected to one previous American League All-Star team, while Holliday was a seven-time All-Star in the NL (2006-08, 2010-12, '15).

Fans may cast votes for starters at and all 30 club sites -- on computers, tablets and smartphones -- exclusively online using the 2017 Esurance MLB All-Star Game Ballot until Thursday, June 29, at 11:59 p.m. ET. On smartphones and tablets, fans can also access the ballot via the At Bat and Ballpark mobile apps. Vote up to five times in any 24-hour period for a maximum of 35 ballots cast.

Following the announcement of the 2017 All-Star starters, reserves and pitchers, fans should return to and cast their 2017 Esurance MLB All-Star Game Final Vote for the final player on each league's All-Star roster. Then on Tuesday, July 11, while watching the 2017 All-Star Game presented by MasterCard live on FOX, fans may visit to submit their choices for the Ted Williams Most Valuable Player Award presented by Chevrolet with the 2017 MLB All-Star Game MVP Vote.
