Reds-Bucs to start at 8:20 ET after rain delay

PITTSBURGH -- Tuesday night's game between the Reds and Pirates at PNC Park was delayed due to rain. The Pirates announced an expected start time of 8:20 p.m. ET.

Rain pelted Pittsburgh most of Tuesday afternoon and evening, so a delay was expected. Neither Pirates right-hander Jameson Taillon nor Reds righty Rookie Davis, the scheduled starting pitchers, took the field to warm up. First pitch had been scheduled for 7:05 p.m. ET.

The Reds won the series opener, 7-1, on Monday night.
