White Sox launch 2017 ticket sales with series of fan events

To celebrate Chicago White Sox fans before individual game tickets go on sale next Friday, the club will hold the annual White Sox Ticket Tour - an 11-location tour that includes several Chicagoland Beggars Pizza and Hooters locations. White Sox front office staff will be joined by various special guests, including White Sox ambassadors Mike Huff, Carlos May, Donn Pall and Dan Pasqua, organist Lori Moreland, Southpaw and the C.J. Wilson Mazda Pride Crew,to reward fans who show off their Sox pride with giveaways. Fans who are sporting Sox gear at select locations have the opportunity to receive free T-shirts (while supplies last), Sox merchandise and tickets to 2017 games at Guaranteed Rate Field - including some to the April 3 home opener. 

The Ticket Tour will take place on Thursday, March 2, between 6-8 p.m. after White Sox Cactus League play vs. the San Francisco Giants at 2:05 p.m. CT. Each of the four Beggars Pizza (Blue Island, Lansing and Oak Forest in Illinois as well as Whiting in Indiana) and seven Hooters locations (Chicago, Countryside, Downers Grove, Lansing, Melrose Park, Oak Lawn and Orland Park in Illinois) provides fans with a unique experience to drum up excitement for the start of the 2017 baseball season.

Individual game tickets to 2017 Chicago White Sox home games will go on sale to the general public on Friday, March 3, at 10 a.m. on whitesox.com, at the Guaranteed Rate Field Box Office or by calling (866) SOX-GAME. Beginning on March 3, the ticket office will be open seven days a week. Ticket office hours are 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday.
