Brewers claim infielder Adrianza from Giants

The Brewers claimed infielder Ehire Adrianza off waivers from the Giants on Tuesday and designated right-hander Rob Scahill for assignment.

Adrianza, 27, gives the Brewers added infield depth behind utilityman Hernan Perez and a backup shortstop should Orlando Arcia struggle in his first full season.
