2017 Mariners Kids Club registration opens

Free and MVP packages available for upcoming season

Pitchers and catchers don't report to Peoria, Arizona for another six weeks (February 14), but the Seattle Mariners youngest fans can get ready for the baseball season now by signing up for the 2017 Mariners Kids Club. Registration is available online beginning today at Mariners.com/Kids.

Free Kids Club

The Mariners Kids Club offers a free option, available for the first time last season. During 2016, 21,000 kids across the Northwest signed up. Last year's members have to re-register for the upcoming season.

The free Kids Club includes special ticket offers, a members-only newsletter and birthday card. Kids Club members who sign up at FanFest (January 28-29) or during the season at Safeco Field will receive an official I.D. badge, lanyard, Junior Mariners Wiffle Ball and drawstring backpack.

MVP Club

The MVP Kids Club option is $25 (plus shipping & handling) and includes everything in the free package as well as a Moose bobblehead, Mariners beanie and sunglasses, access to MVP-only autograph and batting practice opportunities and $1 ticket vouchers for select games during the 2017 season.

Vouchers can be redeemed beginning Saturday, March 11, at the Safeco Field Box Office and Mariners Team stores in Downtown Seattle (4th & Stewart), Bellevue Square, Alderwood Mall and Southcenter.

In 2016, the MVP memberships sold out by mid-April. Once the paid option closes, kids can still sign up for the free Kids Club.

Registration for the 2017 Mariners Kids Club is available online (at Mariners.com/Kids), during FanFest at Safeco Field on January 28-29, and at Safeco Field during the 2017 season. Kids Club kiosks will be located on the Main Level in center field and near the Kids Corner on the 300 Level.
