If slugger Manny Ramirez is going to be voted in as an All-Star starter for the seventh time in as many seasons, he's going to need a late rally by the fans.

Ramirez slipped to fourth among American League outfielders in this week's voting, behind Vladimir Guerrero of the Angels, Magglio Ordonez of the Tigers and Ichiro Suzuki of the Mariners.

Though in-stadium voting has ended, fans can cast their votes for starters up to 25 times through the Monster 2007 All-Star Online Ballot at MLB.com and all 30 club sites until Thursday, June 28, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Fenway Park balloting ended on June 16.

Fans will again be given the opportunity to cast an All-Star vote immediately following the 2007 MLB All-Star Game Selection Show Presented by Chevrolet, which will be televised by Turner Sports on Sunday, July 1. Baseball fans around the world will be able select the final player on each All-Star team through the Monster.com 2007 All-Star Final Vote.

Selecting the rosters isn't the end of the fun in 2007, either. Concluding the All-Star balloting process, fans will have the opportunity to participate in the official voting for the Ted Williams Most Valuable Player presented by Chevrolet at the All-Star Game through the Monster.com 2007 All-Star Game MVP Vote at MLB.com.

The All-Star Game, which will be held on July 10 at AT&T Park in San Francisco, will be televised nationally by FOX Sports and around the world by Major League Baseball International. ESPN Radio will provide exclusive national radio coverage, MLB.com will offer extensive online coverage and MLB Radio will have exclusive play-by-play coverage of the game on the Internet.

Left-handed masher David Ortiz is still on pace to start for the American League at first base. Kevin Youkilis, Boston's starting first baseman, is not on the fan ballot but was listed at first base along with Ortiz on the player's ballot.

Dustin Pedroia, having a solid rookie season for the Red Sox, ranks third at second base behind Detroit's Placido Polanco and New York's Robinson Cano.

Mike Lowell is second, trailing only New York's Alex Rodriguez, at third base. Jason Varitek is fourth at catcher behind Ivan "Pudge" Rodriguez of the Tigers, Jorge Posada of the Yankees and Joe Mauer of the Twins. Julio Lugo is fifth among shortstops, and J.D. Drew (11th) and Coco Crisp (12th) rank in the top 15 outfielders.
