LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Dodgers today recalled left-handed pitcher Luis Avilan from Triple-A Oklahoma City, giving the team 32 players on its active roster.

Avilan, 27, has posted a 5.40 ERA in 17 games during six stints with the Dodgers this year, including picking up the win in the second game of Wednesday's doubleheader at Colorado with a scoreless inning of relief. With the Dodgers, Avilan has limited opposing hitters to a .186 batting average, while striking out 18 in 11.2 innings. In 33 games with Triple-A Oklahoma City, he went 0-3 with four saves and a 4.24 ERA.
