Orioles make three roster moves

The Orioles today announced that they have reinstated RHP Ubaldo Jiménez from the Paternity Leave List, reinstated OF Hyun Soo Kim from the 15-day disabled list, and designated OF Julio Borbón for assignment.

Jiménez, 32, has gone 5-9 with a 7.38 ERA (67 ER/81.2 IP) and 72 strikeouts over 18 games (17 starts) with the Orioles this season. In 75 career games (71 starts) with the Orioles, he has gone 23-28 with a 5.02 ERA (218 ER/391.0 IP) and 356 strikeouts. Over 287 career Major League games (282 starts), Jiménez has posted a 105-103 record with a 4.18 ERA (774 ER/1,666.2 IP) and 1,528 strikeouts.

Kim, 28, has batted .329/.410/.454 (50-for-152) with 10 doubles, three home runs, and 11 RBI over 46 games with the Orioles this season.

Borbón, 30, hit .222/.222/.222 (2-for-9) with a run scored in five games with the Orioles this season.
