Tonight's White Sox vs. Tigers game suspended due to rain

Tonight's game between the Chicago White Sox and Detroit Tigers has been suspended following the bottom of the eighth inning. The game will be resumed with the start of the ninth inning prior to tomorrow's regularly scheduled game. The suspended game will begin at 1:10 p.m. CT and the regularly scheduled game will begin following the conclusion of the suspended game.

Fans with tickets dated July 24 will be allowed to enter the ballpark to see both games. Tickets dated for July 23 will not be accepted for entry into the ballpark tomorrow. Fans with tickets to the game on July 23 can exchange their ticket for a best available upper level seat for any game from August 5-7. Exchanges must be made at the U.S. Cellular Field box office starting at 10:00 a.m. CT on July 28.

Gates to the ballpark will open at 11:40 a.m. CT. Comcast SportsNet will broadcast the conclusion of the suspended game and WGN-TV will air the regularly scheduled game. WLS-AM 890 and WRTO-AM 1200 will broadcast the conclusion of the suspended game and the regularly scheduled game at 1:10 p.m. CT.
