One Medical sponsors The Garden at AT&T Park

The San Francisco Giants and One Medical Group team up to focus on healthy eating

One Medical Group, the national leader in technology-enabled primary care, is now a proud sponsor of The Garden at AT&T Park.

Located behind the centerfield wall, just under the scoreboard, the 4,320 square-foot edible Garden opened in 2014 and offers a bounty of fruits, vegetables, greens, and flowers. Fans can enjoy farm-totable meals at two bistros located inside The Garden, which offer dishes that incorporate produce that is grown onsite by The Garden's curator - Bon Appétit Management Company.

"One Medical is committed to partnering with our patients to help them live healthier lives," said Scott Kabat, One Medical CMO. "Nutrition is one of the cornerstones of healthy living, so sponsoring The Garden at AT&T Park was a natural fit for us."

In addition to providing a unique gathering place and healthy dining options for fans, The Garden serves as an outdoor classroom where children can learn about sustainability, urban farming, and healthy eating.

"The Giants have always looked for unique ways for our fans to engage with all that AT&T Park has to offer," said Jason Pearl, Senior Vice President of Business Development for the Giants. "We are thrilled to partner with One Medical to help us highlight health and wellness both in The Garden and throughout AT&T Park."

Helping people make healthy lifestyle choices is a key theme for One Medical, as evidenced by the company's recent acquisition of Rise, a popular mobile health coaching platform. One Medical also recently teamed up with Partnership for a Healthier America (PHA), whose honorary chair is First Lady Michelle Obama, to offer free nutrition coaching to low-income populations across the U.S. via the Rise platform. The first initiative in the program, launching in September, will give 500 people access to three months of personalized nutrition coaching.
