Harper, Rendon visit Youth Baseball Academy

WASHINGTON -- Bryce Harper and Anthony Rendon made a surprise visit with the children at the Nationals Youth Baseball Academy on Thursday morning. They even played a few innings of baseball with the kids before heading to Nationals Park for their game against the Reds.

Rendon is a board member and lead player spokesman for the Youth Baseball Academy, while Harper often participates in activities.

The visit was also filmed for the MLB Network show "Play Ball," which is hosted by Harold Reynolds and includes tips on how kids can participate in all forms of baseball activities.
