Astros foundation hosts sold out Picnic at the Park

Charitable fundraiser presented by Wells Fargo featured Astros players, family-friendly activities and more in the outfield of Minute Maid Park today

The Astros Foundation's fourth annual Picnic In The Park fundraising event, presented by Wells Fargo, took place today, Father's Day. This sold-out popular fundraiser, which gives fans the rare opportunity to spend an afternoon on the outfield grass at Minute Maid Park, featured 2016 Astros players, alumni, Orbit, the Shooting Stars and members of the Astros front office. All proceeds from the charitable event benefit the Astros Foundation and its cornerstone youth baseball programs.

Fans were once again treated to an hour-long autograph session with Astros players, a picnic buffet, activities for families and children of all ages, a complimentary picnic mat, commemorative T-shirt and Astros logo baseball.
