Seventh Annual Weather and Science Day at Coors Field postponed due to weather

Event rescheduled to May 11th from 10:30-11:30 a.m.

The Colorado Rockies Seventh Annual Weather and Science Day, originally scheduled for Thursday, April 28th, has been rescheduled to Wednesday, May 11th due to the high probability of rain, cold temperatures and concern for the overall student experience.

The Colorado Rockies, 9News, Steve Spangler Science and Colorado State University will team up to launch their interactive presentation from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. prior to the Rockies vs. Diamondbacks game at 1:10 p.m.

Following the event, the students and their teachers will attend the Rockies vs. Diamondbacks game at 1:10 p.m.

Fans with tickets to tomorrow's game may keep their tickets and attend the Rockies vs. Pirates game at 1:10 p.m., exchange their tickets for the rescheduled Weather and Science Day on Wednesday, May 11th, or exchange their tickets for another game, subject to availability.
