Ten ways to celebrate Cards' title

ST. LOUIS -- The St. Louis Cardinals are world champions for the 10th time in their history, joining the Yankees (26) as the only Major League Baseball franchises in double digits. In the spirit of title No. 10, here are just 10 of the ways that Redbird fans at MLB.com can commemorate the team's first title since 1982:

World Series championship gear -- Cardinals fans can find the same hats and T-shirts that the world champs were wearing during their postgame celebrations after their 4-2 victory over Detroit on Friday night. Also available are a hooded sweatshirt and a Cooperstown bat.

Cardinals Celebration Package. This package includes the Official World Series Championship DVD from MLB Productions, a hardcover commemorative book from Sports Illustrated, and a set of three licensed MLB baseballs honoring each step of the amazing St. Louis run to the title.

Authentic on-field sweatshirt -- This dark-blue hooded sweatshirt from Majestic Athletic is the exact model that Cardinals players were wearing on the field while warming up an hour before the World Series clincher. It's under $50, it's practical for this time of year, and it's a direct connection to the players.

Authentic David Eckstein Home Jersey with World Series patch -- The Cardinals shortstop just won World Series MVP honors, turning in that unforgettable four-hit game on Thursday and then coming up big again in the clincher. Here's a chance for St. Louis fans to show off the same No. 22 look that he just did in front of screaming fans at Busch Stadium.

World Series Authentic Collection Premier Jacket -- This item from the MLB.com Shop's Fall Classic specialty area is the official World Series jacket with the giant logo across the chest, seen throughout the concourses at Busch Stadium during the Fall Classic and prominently worn by the national anthem and "God Bless America" performers. It's fleece-lined with a full zip, practical and popular. There is also a youth version.

Free "Clinch Time" Download -- As a special appreciation for visitors to MLB.com, fans have been provided with a free WMV and MPEG4 download for every full-game broadcast of a clincher that secured a postseason berth or won a postseason series. You can get the World Series clincher as well from the MLB.com Digital Download Service, so request the file and put the whole game on your computer's hard drive or that iPod.

NLCS documentary download -- MLB.com is offering $9.95 presale orders for the documentary "Finding a Way to Win: Cardinals are 2006 NLCS Champions." Preview it now and then add to your cart for the full effect of the Redbirds' march through this October.

Scott Rolen signed baseball -- Rolen had a hit in 10 consecutive postseason games, and he turned in a sensational effort in the World Series for St. Louis. Bid on this ball at the MLB.com Auction, and proceeds will go to Cardinals Care. Search for "Rolen" at the Auction and you can find many items for the club's third baseman.

NLCS Game 2 game-used base -- Bid on the actual first base that was used when the Cardinals won, 9-6, on Oct. 13 at Shea Stadium. It's a way to remember those key hits by So Taguchi and Scott Spiezio for a dramatic victory.

Official World Series baseball -- This Rawlings ball is the same type thrown for the final pitch of the Fall Classic, and you can get it with a display cube ($24.99) or without ($19.99). Get it signed by the Cardinals at the Winter Warmup in January.
