Astros Opening Day Game Postponed Due to Inclement Weather

Game will be made up tomorrow at 1:05 p.m. ET

NEW YORK, NY - The Houston Astros Opening Day game, scheduled for today at 1:05 p.m. ET, against the Yankees at Yankee Stadium in New York, has been postponed due to inclement weather conditions. The game has been rescheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, April 5 at 1:05 p.m. ET. 

The Astros clubhouse in New York will be open tomorrow from 9:30-10:45 a.m. with Astros Manager A.J. Hinch speaking to the media at approximately 10:45 a.m.

Back in Houston, the Astros have also postponed their Opening Day watch parties to tomorrow, with details remaining the same as today's originally scheduled plans.

Tomorrow's game will still be televised locally by ROOT SPORTS Southwest. The game will also be broadcast on English radio back in Houston on KBME SportsTalk 790 and in Spanish on La Nueva 94.1 FM.
