Pirates announce 2016 Fan Jam concert with Hunter Hayes

The Pittsburgh Pirates announced today the details of the 2016 "Fan Jam, presented by Highmark" postgame concert at PNC Park. Saturday, September 24 will feature recording artist Hunter Hayes performing post-game after the Pirates battle the Washington Nationals at 7:05 p.m.

The five-time Grammy-nominee has produced country hits such as "Invisible," "Wanted," "I Want Crazy" and "Somebody's Heartbreak." Hayes earned the Country Music Association's "New Artist of the Year" title in 2012. He has also claimed a number of awards and nominations from the Academy of Country Music, CMT Music Awards, BMI Awards, American Country Awards, Billboard Touring Awards, Billboard Music Awards, People's Choice Awards, Teen Choice Awards and many others.

Fans will have the first opportunity to purchase tickets to the Fan Jam date when individual game tickets for the 2016 season go on sale on Wednesday, February 17 at 10 a.m. Beginning on that date, individual game tickets will be on sale at the PNC Park Main Box Office, online at pirates.com/tickets or by calling 1-877-893-2827.

The Pirates are also offering fans the unique opportunity to watch the live postgame performance from the infield at PNC Park with the special Field Passes which will also go on sale to the general public on February 17 at pirates.com/field.

Also on sale on Wednesday, February 17 will be the more than 40 promotional dates planned for the 2016 season. The promotional schedule will start immediately to open the season as all fans in attendance on Opening Day of the 2016 season at PNC Park will receive a Pirates 2016 magnetic Pirates schedule. The first pitch of the season is scheduled to be thrown at 1:05 p.m. on Sunday, April 3 vs. Central Division rival St. Louis Cardinals.
