ARLINGTON -- The Rangers have announced that single-game tickets, except for Opening Day, will go on sale at 9 a.m. CT on Friday, March 4, at texasrangers.com, at the Globe Life Park First Base Box Office and by phone at 972.RANGERS.
In addition, the Rangers will offer a special opportunity to purchase 2016 individual tickets for all fans attending the Texas Rangers Fan Fest presented by AT&T at Globe Life Park on Saturday. This opportunity will include the chance to purchase all games except Opening Day.
The club also announced specifics of an online ticket opportunity that will allow fans the chance to purchase tickets to Opening Day, Monday, April 4, against the Mariners. Beginning on Tuesday, Feb. 2, at 9 a.m., and continuing through Wednesday, Feb. 24, at 5 p.m., fans can go to texasrangers.com/ticketopportunity and register for the opportunity to purchase up to two tickets to Opening Day.
Following registration, a pool of randomly selected registrants will be chosen and provided access to an online pre-sale opportunity, based on available inventory. Those selected will be notified by email no later than Friday, Feb. 26.
A limited number of reserved seats, obstructed view seating, and standing room only tickets will be included in the ticket opportunity. There is no charge to register. This will be the only chance for fans to purchase single-game tickets for Opening Day at Globe Life Park.
