Indians Invite RHP Felipe Paulino to Major League Camp

The Cleveland Indians today announced the club has signed free agent right-hander Felipe Paulino to a Minor League contract with a non-roster invitation to Major League spring training camp.

Paulino, 32, has made 97 appearances/65 starts over a six-year Major League career with Houston, Colorado, Kansas City and Chicago-AL. The native of the Dominican Republic began his professional career in the Houston organization in 2002. He last appeared in the Major Leagues with the Chicago White Sox in 2014 and spent the 2015 season with Triple-A Iowa in the Cubs organization after going to Major League camp with the Boston Red Sox.
