The Arizona Diamondbacks selected catcher Eduardo de Oleo (New York Yankees), infielder Robelys Reyes (St. Louis Cardinals) and outfielders Chad Oberacker (Oakland A's) and Devin Harris (San Francisco Giants) in the Triple-A phase of the Rule 5 Draft, as announced by D-backs Sr. Vice President & General Manager Dave Stewart.
De Oleo, 22, combined to hit .237 (46-for-194) with 14 doubles, 3 home runs and 20 RBI in 56 games with Short-Season A Staten Island and Single-A Charleston in 2015, while throwing out 39.0-percent of attempted basestealers (30-for-76). In 5 Minor League seasons with the Yankees (2011-15), he batted .236 (187-for-792) with 20 home runs and 112 RBI.
Reyes, 25, appeared in 120 games last season with Single-A Palm Beach and Double-A Springfield and batted .248 (100-for-403) with 15 doubles, 26 RBI and 21 stolen bases. In 6 Minor League seasons in the Cardinals' organization (2010-15), he hit .285 (417-for-1,461) with 56 doubles, 17 triples, 10 home runs, 134 RBI and 105 stolen bases. Reyes was named to the 2014 New York-Penn League midseason All-Star Team.
Oberacker, 26, was named to the 2015 Texas League midseason All-Star Team with Double-A Midland and hit .294 (116-for-395) with 27 doubles, 5 triples, 5 home runs, 44 RBI and 19 stolen bases. He is a career .260 Minor League hitter (474-for-1,825) with 101 doubles, 32 triples, 28 homers, 185 RBI and 88 stolen bases in 5 years in the A's system (2011-15).
Harris, 27, batted .240 (97-for-404) with 28 doubles, 14 home runs and 60 RBI in 119 games with Double-A Richmond in 2015. In 6 Minor League seasons in the Giants' organization (2010-15), he hit .243 (554-for-2,277) with 148 doubles, 81 home runs and 338 RBI.
