KANSAS CITY, MO - As the postseason approaches, Royals Charities is reminding applicants that the deadline to apply for general grant funding and Royalty Fields matching funds is this Thursday, October 1.
Royals Charities is proud to offer two types of grants during two cycles each year (Fall and Spring). Local 501(c)(3) organizations or governmental entities that operate in the Kansas City area and align with one of the four pillars of Royals Charities (see below) may apply for grants that fund tangible items, one-time capital expenses, special supplies or purchases for existing programs and new programs. If the request is for baseball or softball field renovation or improvement, the organization should apply for the Royalty Fields matching funds by visiting www.royals.com/royaltyfields.
