Brewers Community Foundation presents "Hitting 4 the Cycle" this Saturday

Funds Raised will Benefit Four Area Organizations

MILWAUKEE - Brewers Community Foundation (BCF) this Saturday welcomes a new event as bikers from all over participate in "Hitting 4 the Cycle."
The event allows bike lovers and Brewers fans to combine their two favorite activities - baseball and biking. Fans were able to select one of four bike routes of various lengths, and all will culminate with a fun-filled tailgate party prior to Saturday night's Brewers game vs. the St. Louis Cardinals.
Participants chose either a 100, 88, 44 or 22 mile route. The 100 and 88 mile routes will start at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison and end at Miller Park, while the 44 and 22 mile routes will start and end at Miller Park.
FOX Sports Wisconsin is partnering on the event by providing the "Fan Express" bus to transport riders to the start of the Madison routes.
Proceeds from the event will benefit four organizations - the Urban Ecology Center, Dream Bikes, Penfield Children's Center and the Miracle League of Milwaukee. Each registered rider will receive a commemorative T-shirt, a game ticket for the Brewers vs. Cardinals game and an invitation to a celebratory tailgate party prior to the game.
Inaugural sponsors for the benefit include AJ Bombers, Bonk Breaker, Holey Moley, The Lowlands Group, Miller Lite, Prairie Springs, The Paul Fleckenstein Charitable Trust, Smoke Shack, and The Wisconsin Bike Federation.
Registration for "Hitting 4 The Cycle" is now closed.
