O's-Tribe washed out; doubleheader Sunday

BALTIMORE -- Saturday's game between the Orioles and Indians has been postponed due to rain and will be made up as a split-admission doubleheader on Sunday.

Ubaldo Jimenez, the scheduled starter for Sunday, will start the afternoon game at 1:35 p.m. ET. Chris Tillman, Saturday's scheduled starter, will get the ball in the second game at 7:05 p.m. ET.

With the forecast calling for heavy rain and thunderstorms days in advance, the O's scratched Kevin Gausman from Friday's Triple-A Norfolk start as an option to pitch in the doubleheader, but the organization decided to have Gausman pitch for Norfolk on Saturday, weather permitting.

Since the Orioles don't have an off-day next week, and had to push Tillman to Sunday, they will need a starter for Thursday's game.

Separate admission is required for each game. Tickets for Saturday's game marked June 27 will be honored for the 7:05 p.m. game on Sunday. Gates for the 1:35 p.m. game will open at 11:30 a.m., and gate times for the night game will be announced at the conclusion of the first contest.

Additionally, in order to accommodate preparations for Sunday's second game, the Kids Run the Bases event for Junior Orioles Dugout Club Members scheduled to take place following the afternoon game has been rescheduled for August 23 after the Orioles' 1:35 p.m. game against the Minnesota Twins.

Fans unable to attend the makeup game can exchange their tickets for any remaining home games this season on a "dollar-for-dollar" basis. All exchanges are subject to availability and must be completed by August 31.

Complimentary tickets are non-exchangeable. StubHub tickets are also non-exchangeable, but may be resold on StubHub until 7:00 p.m. on June 28. Prepaid parking permits dated for Saturday, June 27, are valid only for the 7:05 p.m. makeup game on Sunday.

Ticket exchanges can be performed at the Box Office or submitted in writing along with the original tickets and mailed via certified mail by August 31, 2015, to:
