Despite the strong pitching performance, the RailRiders gave up two runs immediately after Severino's departure, and lost to the Bisons, 2-0.
Since Severion's promotion on May 31, the Dominican hurler has not allowed more than two runs in any of his six starts. And while he received a no-decision on Friday, he's still undefeated (3-0) for the RailRiders.
Severino is well on his way to another winning campaign -- he's never finished with a losing record -- and his career record stands at 19-11 since the Yanks signed him in 2012. Still just 21 years old, he's shown a penchant for striking batters out, and owns a 72-to-20 K/BB line this season.
