Terms of the deals were not disclosed, but MLB.com previously confirmed that Harris will receive a signing bonus of $1,944,800. That contract was first reported by Sportsnet and represents the full recommended slot value of the 29th overall pick.

The Blue Jays announced 29 other signings, including eight of their top 10. Toronto still has 10 players who remained unsigned, including second-round pick Brady Singer and eighth-round pick Daniel Young.

In addition to Harris, the other high-profile deals include third-rounder Justin Maese and fourth-rounder Carl Wise. The 18-year-old Maese reportedly hits 96 mph on his fastball with the ability to throw a plus slider around the 86-mph mark.

Wise was considered one of the top college power bats available in this year's Draft. He homered six times in seven games earlier this year and reached double digits in home runs during two of his three years at the College of Charleston.

The other players who remain unsigned include: RHP Marrick Crouse (11th round), SS Daniel Perry (13th round), RHP Chandler Eden (17th round), CF Reggie Pruitt (24th round), RHP Ryan Feltner (25th round), 1B Gabriel Clark (26th round), RHP Kyle Davis (29th round) and LHP Randy Labaut (37th round).
