While the club has yet to confirm the Lilek agreement, it announced prior to Monday's matchup with the Yankees that it came to terms with seven other Draft picks: sixth-rounder Justin Cohen (catcher, Riverview HS/Fla.), seventh-rounder Travis Neubeck (RHP, Indian Hills CC), eighth-rounder Chris Paddack (RHP, Cedar Park HS/Texas), 12th-rounder Terry Bennett (CF, Atlantic Coast HS/Fla.), 13th-rounder RJ Peace (RHP, Serrano HS/Calif.), 14th-rounder Jordan Hillyer (RHP, Kennesaw State) and 20th-rounder Korey Dunbar (catcher, North Carolina).
• Marlins' Draft picks
Lilek, a 6-foot-4 junior, was nabbed by the Marlins with the 50th pick. He was 4-2 with a 3.20 ERA with the Sun Devils this season and features a fastball that reaches 94 mph.

The 18-year-old Cohen previously committed to play collegiately for Florida State. Meanwhile, Paddack had committed to Texas A&M and Bennett was committed to Florida International University.
