Seven Royals are in position to start for the American League in next month's All-Star Game, according to the latest update of 2015 Esurance All-Star Game Ballot voting.

Four Kansas City players -- catcher Salvador Perez, outfielder Lorenzo Cain, third baseman Mike Moustakas and shortstop Alcides Escobar -- lead the entire league in voting.
