Dodgers Recall Chris Heisey

LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Dodgers today recalled outfielder Chris Heisey from Triple-A Oklahoma City and designated right-handed pitcher Sergio Santos for assignment.

Heisey has appeared in three games, going 1-for-5 with five walks and a .600 on-base percentage, in two stints with the Dodgers this year. He is tied for fourth in the Triple-A Pacific Coast League with 10 home runs in 28 games with Oklahoma City, while batting .234 with 19 RBI. Heisey was acquired in a trade with Cincinnati on Dec. 2, 2014 in exchange for Matt Magill.

Santos made 12 appearances in relief for the Dodgers, posting a 4.73 ERA (7 ER/13.1 IP) with 15 strikeouts.
