With four off-days during April, the D-backs could skip a starter a time or two, but manager Chip Hale says his preference is to stay in rotation, which gives every starter an extra day of rest.
"The way our staff is set up, we would like it to be all five all the time, unless somebody has a sore something or other and we have to skip them," Hale said. "It's nice to give them that extra day -- all of them, not just one or two guys."
