LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- The Cardinals, along with broadcast partners FOX Sports Midwest and KMOX 1120, announced on Wednesday that all 162 of the team's regular-season games will be broadcast on both TV and radio.
FOX Sports Midwest is scheduled to carry 146 games and will pick up any additional games that are not chosen for national broadcasts. Hall of Fame broadcaster Tim McCarver will return for his second season in the FSM booth and will call a select number of games with play-by-play man Dan McLaughlin. Al Hrabosky and Rick Horton will round out the FSM broadcast team.
Mike Shannon and John Rooney will again serve as the voices of the Cardinals on the team's flagship radio station.
FSM, which has been the exclusive local TV home of the Cardinals for five seasons, posted the highest local market television ratings in MLB last season. Coverage on FSM extends to 10 states and approximately four million homes.
FOX, FOX Sports 1 and ESPN will carry the remainder of the Cardinals' games as national broadcasts.
Leading into the season, FSM will televise 15 Spring Training games, beginning with Thursday's home game against the Orioles. KMOX is carrying 18 spring games.
