Peralta's right shoulder feels good after bullpen session

GLENDALE, Ariz. -- Dodgers reliever Joel Peralta threw a bullpen session on Saturday with no ill effects from the right shoulder that has set him back in Spring Training.

Peralta said he expects to throw live batting practice on Tuesday as long as he rebounds without an issue from the 32-pitch bullpen session.

Peralta developed the discomfort while working out in the Dominican Republic before the start of Spring Training. He has been on a program to rebuild arm strength and said he expects to be ready for the start of the season.
