Fifth overall pick excites rebuilding Tribe

CHICAGO -- With the MLB Draft just around the corner, the Indians will be looking to rebuild their organization, beginning with the fifth overall pick.

Manager Manny Acta is excited about the chance to bring some new talent into the organization.

"It's very important," Acta said. "It's huge. Look at what's happening [with] Tampa Bay right now. That didn't happen from one day to the next. It was the accumulation of a lot of good Drafts and almost 10 years they were finishing in the bottom, making good decisions and developing those players.

"It's very important, because, especially in our case, we can't just go out and buy two or three players in this free agent market."

The Indians have three selections in the top 100 of this year's Draft.
