Boston, MA - Billy Joel will return to Boston for the second consecutive year to perform at Fenway Park on Thursday, July 16th, 2015. Joel is the first artist to perform at the historic ballpark two consecutive years.
Red Sox Executive Vice President/COO Sam Kennedy said, "How awesome is it that as we dig out of a New England blizzard, we can turn our thoughts to 'The Piano Man' playing again on a summer night at Fenway Park? Thank you, Billy Joel - the first artist to play Fenway Park two consecutive years!"
"Of the many shows we have presented at Fenway Park by the very greatest artists in our industry, none have surpassed Billy Joel's performance last summer in fan reaction," said Dave Marsden, Live Nation Boston promoter. "And we are absolutely thrilled that Billy evidently enjoyed the show as much as his fans did!"
