Live Nation has announced today that legendary musician Billy Joel will return to Citizens Bank Park on Thursday, August 13th. This summer marks Joel's fourth appearance at the Phillies ballpark and sets the record for live performances by an artist in the venue's history. Most recently, Joel performed in front of a sold-out crowd at Citizens Bank Park last August.
