Chapman Makes Donation for New Locker Room
Everyone knows how important the locker room can be to an athletic team. It is the place where a team can celebrate a win or come together after a loss. Aroldis Chapman, a good friend of the Mount St. Joseph's men's volleyball team, helped out by donating the remaining funds necessary to complete their locker room renovation. The new locker room features 21 custom wood lockers and new flooring.
Chapman is good friends with Cesar Trigo de Serrano, a senior on the St. Joseph's team from Miami, FL, whose parents are from Chapman's home country of Cuba.
Several MLB stars have been in a charitable mood this offseason.
