Man Shaves to Raise Money for Local Baseball Teams

Razor for a cause.

Mike Chase is clean shaven for the first time in 41 years, and baseball in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is better because of it. Chase promised to shave his beard if the company he works for could raise $5,000 for local youth baseball. His employees helped raise $11,000 - and his company added $5,000 - so now Chase is well-groomed, and $16,000 is headed towards inner-city baseball in the Grand Rapids area. Well done, Mike.

From acts like this, to Mo'ne Davis' heroics, we're constantly reminded that youth baseball is in good hands.
