Arlington, Texas - The Texas Rangers announced this evening that the club will not tender 2015 contract offers to left-handed pitcher Michael Kirkman, right-handed pitcher Alexi Ogando, and infielder Adam Rosales before tonight's 11:00 p.m. CST deadline.
The team has tendered 2015 contract offers to all other players on the roster.
Kirkman was 5-5, 4.47 in 36 games/4 starts with Triple-A Round Rock and 0-1, 1.59 in 12 games with Texas in 2014. Ogando was 2-3, 6.84 in 27 games with the Rangers while missing the final four months of the season with right elbow inflammation. Rosales batted .276 with 7 homers and 43 RBI in 72 games at Round Rock and .262 with 4 homers and 19 RBI in 56 games with Texas.
With tonight's transactions, the Rangers now have 37 players on the club's 40-man roster.
