Mo'ne Davis Named Sports Illustrated's Sports Kid of the Year

What a year.

Mo'ne Davis has had a pretty crazy few months. She cemented her name in the history books by being the first girl to throw a shutout in the Little League World Series, which led to an appearance with Jimmy Fallon, donating her jersey to the Hall of Fame, throwing out the first pitch before Game 4 of the World Series and writing a book. And now, she's been named Sports Kid of the Year by Sports Illustrated Kids.

She even got a shoutout from the First Lady.
