Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter knocked out two hits in his final All-Star Game, a 5-3 American League victory. Mike Trout and Miguel Cabrera -- who homered -- each drove in two runs, while Jose Altuve drove in one. Twins closer and Minnesota native Glenn Perkins closed out the AL victory at Target Field.
