The American League continued its All-Star Game dominance in 2009 by extending its unbeaten streak to 13 straight games. AL starter Roy Halladay was tagged for three runs in his two innings, but the AL pitching staff would hold the NL scoreless over the next seven innings en route to a 4-3 victory. Legendary closer Mariano Rivera nailed down his fourth -- and what proved to be final -- All-Star Game save with a 1-2-3 ninth inning.
