Neil Patrick Harris took his son Gideon to see the Yankees play the A's on Saturday, and it looked like they had a lovely time:

But perhaps most importantly, Gideon may have created a new MLB team. He told his dad that he'd like to see the Yankees play the Eagles -- you know, the football team from Philadelphia:

Gideon's first Yankees game! First stop, batting practice!

Does it matter that the Eagles don't play baseball? Absolutely not. Why shouldn't they fulfill Gideon's wish and play the Yankees? We're pretty sure Mike Trout would be willing to help them out.

Gideon and his dad also discovered that the Yankees' biggest (and most mobile) fan happened to be sitting in their section:

This game is for the birds. Literally.

Weird, you'd think the bird would prefer the Orioles.
