For the first time in 71 years, the Cubs advanced to the World Series last season -- winning their first ring in more than a century. David Ross, a crucial part of the championship run, has taken that title glory off the field with him -- transferring his skills from the diamond to the dancefloor on this season of "Dancing with the Stars." After another dominating performance on Monday night, he's the first baseball player to advance to the show's final round.

Although a bit more buttoned-up than his previous routines, Ross showed his versatility, fox-trotting in a top hat and tuxedo to Frank Sinatra's "You make me feel so young." Ross and his partner Lindsay Arnold scored a 34 out of 40.
It was a perfect song pairing for a couple called #LadyAndTheGramp. Look at those kids go!
They also busted a move to Ed Sheeran's "Castle on a Hill," earning 36 of 40 possible points.
Ross and Arnold will take part in a two-night finale next week, with Ross hoping to take home his second title in six months. The former-catcher-turned-dancing-phenomenom was overcome with emotion:
