Named the 2015 Carolina League Manager of the Year and the 2014 Midwest League Manager of the Year ... also named Baseball America's 2014 Minor League Manager of the Year ... The Pelicans in 2015 finished with the best record in the Carolina League (81-57) ... swept Wilmington in the best-of-five championship series ... The 2014 Kane County Cougars led the minors with 91 wins and had the highest winning percentage of any full-season team ... won Midwest League title ... awarded "Best Team in 2014" by MILB.com ... In 2011, his first year as a manager, led Boise to its first playoff berth since 2006 ... led Boise to a second-straight playoff berth in 2012 after going a league-best 24-14 in the second half ...
