MAY 4 VS. NEW YORK METS

The Thursday, May 4, 2017 game between the New York Mets and Atlanta Braves was postponed due to inclement weather.

  • The May 4 game has been rescheduled as part of a split day/night doubleheader on Saturday, June 10 beginning at 1 p.m. All guests holding a ticket from the postponed game on May 4 will be admitted to the 1 p.m. game on Saturday, June 10 by using their May 4 ticket. Mobile tickets will remain available in their respective apps and will be updated to reflect the June 10 game at 1 p.m.
  • Group hospitality ticket holders who had a ticket for May 4 should contact their hospitality representative to discuss ticket options for June 10.
  • All guests will need to exit SunTrust Park after the conclusion of Game 1.
  • Game 2, the regularly scheduled game at 4:10 p.m. on June 10, will now begin at 6 p.m.
  • Each game will require its own ticket for admission.
  • Guests holding tickets to the regularly scheduled 4:10 p.m. game on June 10 will be admitted for the 6 p.m. start. The Jake Owen on-field postgame concert will still begin approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the 6 p.m. game.
  • Parking passes from the May 4 game will be honored in the same parking lot for the game on June 10 at 1 p.m.

If a game that is legal under Major League Baseball rules is not played on date on the game ticket, one of the following rain check rules will apply:

  • If less than 5 innings of a game (4 and 1/2 innings, if the Braves are ahead) are played, your paid ticket serves as a rain check coupon and will be valid for the re-scheduled game. If you choose to not come back to the re-scheduled game, your original ticket may be exchanged online through your Braves Account or at the SunTrust Park ticket office windows for a ticket of the same price (if available) for any succeeding regular season game. This ticket exchange must occur before the re-scheduled game is made up. There are no refunds or exchanges of expired tickets or of complimentary tickets.
  • If less than 5 innings of a game (4 and 1/2 innings, if the Braves are ahead) are played, and the game is rescheduled as part of a traditional doubleheader (two games played back-to-back with a 30 minute window between), your paid ticket serves as a rain check coupon and will be valid to be exchanged at the SunTrust Park ticket office windows for a ticket of the same price (if available) for any succeeding regular season game. This ticket exchange must occur before the re-scheduled game is made up. There are no refunds or exchanges of expired tickets or of complimentary tickets.
  • If less than 5 innings of a game (4 and 1/2 innings, if the Braves are ahead) are played, and the game is rescheduled as part of a split day/night doubleheader, your paid ticket serves as a rain check coupon and will be valid for the re-scheduled game (you will need to purchase a separate ticket to enter the regularly scheduled game on this date). If you choose to not come back to the re-scheduled game, your original ticket may be exchanged online through your Braves Account or at the SunTrust Park ticket office windows for a ticket of the same price (if available) for any succeeding regular season game. This ticket exchange must occur before the re-scheduled game is made up. There are no refunds or exchanges of expired tickets or of complimentary tickets.
  • If more than 4 and 1/2 innings of a game are played and the game becomes official then is later postponed, rain check policies do not apply.
